We the people

                Museum Exhibit UX Research

Starting the Conversation

We the People is an interactive Museum Exhibit concept to help gain a better understanding of Feminism, its history, and struggles of its meaning today. The problem this project faces, is how can we educate a large group of people on a rather touchy topic.

Solution

SOLUTION

Create a social experience to push users to work together in a large scale theater using floor projection. Users will interact with this exhibit by answering questions, finding other users, and
visually see and understand information.

GOALS

Interactive

Theater

Projection

Inclusive

Feminism can be a touchy topic for many. Users will be coming from a vast spectrum of beliefs and understanding. The goal is to not point fingers at each other but to help bring people together.

Educate

The exhibit will help educate users, by testing their knowledge of feminism, question others opinions, and gain a better understanding.

Listen

Its hard to listen to others who have a different opinion than yourself. However that shouldn't stop you. Users of the exhibit will have the chance to listen to someone who might not share the same values.

Understand

At the end of the day, the goal of this project is that the users leave the exhibit with a sense of understanding. Their opinions could change or not, but as long as they took a chance to learn....That's what matter.

Documentation

I have put together documentation for this project that goes over the project proposal, define the purpose of the exhibit, user stories/cases, and early concept workflows and interaction models.
